Does data capture and analytics come with every subscription?

Curator offers both data capture and data delivery tracking, but it’s important to understand the difference between the two.

🔍 What's the Difference?

1. Delivery Data (Basic Data Capture)

All events can collect basic contact information for photo/video delivery, including:

  • Phone number (SMS)

  • Email address

This information is used strictly for delivering media to guests.
✅ Included in most plans
❌ Standard plans cannot download this data.

2. Survey Mode (Advanced Data Capture)

If you're looking to gather custom data points, such as:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Custom Questions

  • Opt-ins or Preferences

You’ll need Survey Mode, which is available on our Enterprise plans (e.g., Agency Pro).

This mode allows you to insert a full data capture form into the experience, ideal for:

  • Lead generation

  • Marketing opt-ins

  • Branded surveys

  • Client-specific data collection
