The Closed Booth or Standby Mode allows you to temporarily disable your photo booth while displaying a clear message on the screen that says:
“Booth Closed”
This is useful when you need to pause the booth experience without exiting the event or turning off the app.
How to Enable Closed Booth Mode
You can enable this setting in two ways:
1. From the Event Settings (Before Running the Booth)
Open your event on the iPad or iPhone.
Tap the top right corner of the screen twice (double-tap).
You’ll be taken to the internal event settings screen.
Find the toggle switch labeled “Closed Booth” and switch it ON.
Once enabled, the screen will display the Booth Closed message.
2. During the Event (While Running the Booth)
Double-tap the top right corner of the screen at any time.
If you have a passcode set up, enter it when prompted.
You’ll be taken to the internal settings screen.
Switch the Closed Booth toggle to ON.
Once activated, guests will see a full-screen message that says:
“Booth Closed”
