Accessing the Hidden Menu

The Hidden Menu can only be accessed while inside a running event.

  1. Double-tap the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. The Hidden Menu will appear.

    • If an Event PIN is enabled, you will be prompted to enter it before accessing the Hidden Menu.

ℹ️ The Hidden Menu provides quick access to advanced event tools and settings without leaving the running event.


Commonly Used Hidden Menu Features

πŸ”„ Refresh Event

Refreshes and redownloads event updates made online without leaving the running event.

Commonly used after:

  • updating overlays or assets

  • changing sharing or event settings


πŸ“‚ Queue

The Hidden Menu also provides access to the app queue, where you can:

  • view captured photos

  • monitor pending uploads

  • resend unsent photos

  • review and delete uploaded queue items

πŸ’‘ The queue is especially useful for monitoring uploads and sharing activity during live events.


☁️ Cloud Import

Imports AI-generated images processed in the cloud back into the app queue.

πŸ’‘ Enable Cloud Import if you want AI-generated images to appear in the app or Gallery experience.


Additional Hidden Menu Features

The Hidden Menu also includes:

  • Speed Test

  • Velocity Trigger

  • QR Pre-Registration

  • Save Raw Photos

  • Save to Camera Roll

  • Bluetooth Trigger

Use the back (←) button in the Hidden Menu to exit the running event.


Important Notes

  • Changes made to the event online require the event to be refreshed or redownloaded in the app.

  • Cloud Import requires an internet connection for AI-generated images to import successfully.

  • If Hidden Menu features are not functioning correctly, contact support via chat for assistance.
