Commonly Used Hidden Menu Features

Refresh

Refreshes the running event to download the latest changes made online without leaving the event.

Use this after making changes to your event settings or assets.

Close Booth

Temporarily closes the booth and displays a message to guests while the booth is unavailable.

Use when setting up, stepping away for a break, performing maintenance, or temporarily pausing guest access.

Click the pencil icon ( ) to customize the guest message and choose when the booth should resume.

💡 Close Booth does not end the event. It temporarily prevents guests from using the booth until it resumes.

Speedtest

Checks the current network connection speed.

💡 We recommend at least 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload for reliable event operation.

Upload Queue

Shows the number of photos or media waiting to be uploaded.

A 0 count means all media has been uploaded.

ℹ️ Media may remain in the queue while uploading to Curator or waiting to be delivered to guests. Uploading and delivery require a strong internet connection, an active event license, and an authorized device.
