1. Go to the View tab
From your Dashboard, find the event you want to download media from and click View.
2. Click Download Photos
On the View page, click Download Photos.
ℹ️ The download includes all photos and videos from the event, even if you have applied filters on the View page. Your filters will not affect the media included in the download.
3. Enter an email address
A prompt will appear asking you to enter an email address. You can enter your own or someone else’s if you're sending the media to a client or team member.
4. Click Confirm
After entering the email address, click Confirm. The system will begin generating a ZIP file containing all photos and videos from the event.
5. Download your media
Once the ZIP file is ready, you'll receive an email with a link to download it.
The time it takes to receive the email depends on the size of your event:
Small Events (under 1 GB): 1–10 minutes
Larger Events (up to 10 GB): Up to 30 minutes
💡 If you don't receive the email within the expected time, check your spam or junk folder.
The download link is valid for 7 days. After it expires, repeat the download process to request a new link.
