Just follow the steps below:
đ Step 1: Go to Your Eventâs View Page
From your dashboard, locate the event youâd like to download media from and click View. This will take you to the eventâs detailed view page.
đĽ Step 2: Click the âDownload Photosâ Button
On the view page, look for the Download Photos button (see image below). Click this button to begin the download process.
âď¸ Step 3: Enter an Email Address
A prompt will appear asking you to enter an email address. You can enter your own or someone elseâs email if you're sending the media to a client or team member.
â Step 4: Click Done
After entering the email, click Done. Our system will begin generating a ZIP folder containing all photos and videos from the event.
âł Step 5: Wait for the Download Email
You will receive an email with a link to download the ZIP file. The time it takes to arrive depends on the size of your event:
Small Events (under 1GB): 1â10 minutes
Larger Events (up to 10GB): Up to 30 minutes
đĄ Note: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you donât see the email within that time frame.
