How to Password Protect a Gallery

Password protect an event gallery or make it public for everyone to have access to.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Each event you create comes with its own gallery where all the photos from that event are displayed. You have full control over whether this gallery is public or private, and if public, you can choose to password protect it for added security.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Your Event Settings

Open the event you'd like to edit. This will take you to the event configuration pages.

2. Go to Page 6

On the left-hand menu or by using the navigation at the top, head to Page 6 of the event settings.

3. Locate the Public Gallery Toggle

Scroll to the bottom of Page 6 to find the option to make your gallery public.

4. Enable the Public Gallery

Switch the toggle to ON to make the gallery publicly accessible.

5. Add Password Protection (Optional)

Once you toggle the public gallery ON, a Password field will appear.

  • This is optionalโ€”you can leave it blank if you want the gallery to be accessible without a password.

  • To restrict access, simply enter a password in the field. Visitors will need to enter this password before viewing any photos in the gallery.

6. Save Your Changes

Make sure to click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your settings.
