Installation Steps
Install Printer Drivers on Your Computer
Ensure that the manufacturer's printer drivers are installed on your PC or Mac. Do not rely solely on plug-and-play drivers, as they may not support all printer functionalities. Visit the printer manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers for your specific printer model.

Download and Install the Curator Wireless Print Server
Download the appropriate version of the Curator Wireless Print Server for your operating system:
Mac Install: Download HERE
Windows Install: Download HERE
After downloading, install the software on your computer.
Launch the Curator Wireless Print Server
After installation, open the Curator Wireless Print Server application.
Select Your Printer
Within the print server application, select your installed printer from the drop-down menu. *DO NOT USE ADVANCE PRINTER SETTINGS. This only to be used with multiple printers
Configure Printer Settings
click on the Gear icon to set your printer paper size and if you need to enable the 2 inch cut for 2x6 strips. *When changing printer properties on a Mac, you might be asked for a username/password. Enter your Mac username/password that you log into your computer with.
Ensure Network Connectivity
Connect both your computer (running the print server) and your iPad or iPhone (running the Curator Live app) to the same private Wi-Fi network.
Connecting the Curator Live App to the Print Server
Open the Curator Live App
Launch the Curator Live app on your iPad or iPhone.
Download and Start Your Event
Log in to the app, download your event, and start it.
Access the Hidden Menu
Double-tap the top right corner of the screen to access the hidden menu.
Navigate to Printing Settings
Tap the 'Printing' button at the bottom of the hidden menu.
Select the Print Server
Tap 'Select Printer' and choose 'Curator Print Server' (or the custom name you assigned).
Confirm Connection
A confirmation message saying 'success' will appear. Tap 'OK' to finalize the connection.
Return to Your Event
Tap the play icon in the top right corner to return to your event.
Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode allows external users to select and print photos independently from the print server which can be run on a touchscreen Pc or Mac.
Enable Kiosk Mode
In the Curator Wireless Print Server application, click the 'Kiosk Mode' button at the bottom. Note: At least one image must be taken for Kiosk Mode to function.
Set Print Limit
Define the maximum number of prints that guests are allowed to make.
Exit Kiosk Mode
To exit Kiosk Mode, press 'Alt + C' on Windows or 'Option + C' on Mac.
Network and Firewall Considerations
To ensure seamless communication between devices:
Disable Firewalls: Turn off any firewalls on your PC or Mac, as well as on your network, that might block communication between devices.
Avoid Guest Networks: Guest networks often restrict device-to-device communication and may block file transfers necessary for printing.
Use a Private Network: It's recommended to use your own private network, as venue Wi-Fi networks may have restrictions that hinder proper functionality.

If the Curator Live app isn't detecting the print server, make sure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the print server.
Also, check that network access is enabled for the Curator App in your iPad or iPhone settings.
To do this, go to:
Settings > Apps > Curator > Permissions, and ensure local network access is turned on.
