Curator Live Delivery & Sharing Methods

This is a comprehensive list of delivery and sharing methods offered

Updated over a week ago

Curator Live offers a wide range of delivery methods to ensure your guests can access their photos and videos quickly, easily, and in the way that best suits your event. Whether you're running a small photo booth or a large-scale enterprise activation, our platform has flexible options to get content into your guests' hands.

📱 In-App Delivery Methods

All delivery methods can be managed directly from within the Curator Live app:

1. SMS Text Messaging

Guests can instantly receive their photo or video via text message to their mobile number. This method is fast and convenient for on-the-go sharing.

2. Email Delivery

Send content directly to your guest’s inbox. Email delivery supports larger media files and can be branded with custom messages and templates.

3. Printing

Print photos on-site using compatible printers. Great for keepsakes and traditional photo booth experiences.

🔗 QR Code-Based Delivery Options

Curator Live offers advanced QR code functionality for both guest-triggered and operator-triggered experiences:

4. QR Code to Gallery

Guests can scan a built-in QR code (displayed in-app) to access the event’s full gallery directly from their mobile device.

5. QR Code to Individual Photo/Video

Each guest can scan a personal QR code that links directly to their unique photo or video.

  • If the content has not yet uploaded, guests are taken to a “Notify Me” page where they can enter their information.

  • Once the photo or video is available, the system automatically sends a notification via SMS or email.

6. QR Code Pre-Registration

Ideal for Santa or Easter Bunny experiences, this feature allows guests to:

  • Scan a QR code to access a form.

  • Submit their name, email, and phone number.

  • Generate a personalized QR code containing their info.

  • Have their QR code scanned during the experience to auto-assign their media.

7. QR Code Access Cards

Distribute physical QR code cards to guests before or during the experience:

  • Guests can scan the card before the photo to pre-register.

  • Or, scan after the session to view and receive their photo or video once it's ready.

  • Great for large events, amusement parks, or multi-station setups.

🧠 Advanced Delivery Options

For clients looking for more advanced and automated solutions:

8. Facial Recognition

Curator can automatically group photos and videos based on the guest’s face using facial recognition. These collections can then be delivered using any of the above methods (text, email, QR, etc.).

9. RFID Integration (Enterprise Only)

We've worked with enterprise partners to integrate RFID wristbands or cards into the delivery workflow. This solution requires back-end development and coordination with the RFID provider's data system.

10. API Access (Enterprise Only)

Curator Live offers an API for enterprise clients who wish to integrate delivery into their own systems or applications.

  • Use cases include branded apps, CRM integration, or live campaign dashboards.

  • API access is available on a case-by-case basis and requires custom setup.
