Make your event flow smoother and faster with Universal QR Codes designed for pre-registration. These QR codes allow your guests to quickly submit their contact information before they reach the photo booth, 360 experience, or photo station.
🔍 What Do These QR Codes Do?
Each QR code links to a mobile-friendly form where your guests can enter their cell phone number, email, or both—depending on what your event allows. Once submitted:
A unique personal QR code is generated and saved on the guest’s phone.
This QR code can be scanned by the Curator Live app on the iPad or iPhone.
Upon scanning, the app instantly receives the guest's contact information.
The guest then proceeds through the photo or video experience.
When their photo or video is uploaded, it’s automatically sent to the contact info provided.
This is ideal for high-traffic events—like 360 video booths, photo booths, or roaming photography—where collecting contact info in advance saves time and speeds up the experience.

📌 Best Practice for Printed QR Codes
If you plan to print your QR codes onto signs or marketing materials, we strongly recommend using a third-party dynamic QR code service. This allows you to change the destination URL at any time without needing to reprint any materials.
