-DRONE CHECKLIST-
Step 1: After connecting the drone to the app, run the event on the ipad as Sharing Station
Step 2: Double tap top hand right corner-- to bring you to the back end
Step 3: Tap Live Connect > Devices, and connect your device
Step 4: Check IP address---- MUST MATCH EXACTLY (you can do this ahead of time as well but always good to double check things because that IP address does change)
Step 5: Run the Android
Step 6: Run the Drone
Step 7: Drone should run for 10-20 seconds
Step 8: Let the Video upload onto the Android
Step 9: Allow 2 minutes or so for the video to populate into Curator App
Step 10: Once event is complete ensure they send the queue-- the videos do not upload to Curator automatically since they are not running on wifi
Step 11: Delete queue once photos have been uploaded onto the website
-Callouts-
-Need a router to run all things-- that needs to be connected to a hotspot or wifi
-More assets you add into the custom FX timeline the longer the processing time will take just like the regular 360
-Can not record audio because of loud the actual drone is -- however you can upload audio just like the 360 videos
-NO photo booth assets--- though you need to have a "Sharing Screen" for the sharing station-- only PB asset allowed
-IF videos are not showing in the sharing station, turn on the Public Gallery on page 6
-SHARING STATION-
1. Disable/stop LIVE CONNECT on your capture device and sharing station.
2. Clear the queue on the app for both devices.
3. Run the event on the 360 device/capture device, then run the event on the sharing station.
4. On the sharing station, double-tap the top right corner and ensure that the following are set correctly:
-Turn off show from all events (should be gray)
-Turn on show latest (should be green)
5. Test
-Note-
-They need to have a second license for the sharing station.
