What Are Additional Licenses?
All plans include 1 device license by default.
Additional licenses allow you to run multiple capture devices, booths, or events simultaneously under the same account.
You only need additional licenses beyond the first device, since every plan already includes 1 device license.
You will need additional licenses if you are:
running multiple booths or devices simultaneously
running multiple events at the same time
adding more devices to your subscription
ℹ️ Standard plans also require an additional license when using a separate Sharing Station device.
Single Event Purchases
If you are purchasing a single-event activation, additional licenses must be added during checkout before completing your purchase.
Examples:
1 event on 1 device = No additional licenses needed
1 event on 2 devices = Add 1 additional license
1 event on 3 devices = Add 2 additional licenses
ℹ️ Every event purchase includes 1 device license by default. Only purchase the number of additional licenses needed beyond the first capture device.
⚠️ Forgot to add additional licenses during checkout?
If you need additional licenses for an event that has already been purchased, please contact support via chat. Additional licenses can be added after checkout for the following fees:

Subscription Plans (Monthly or Yearly)
Subscription users have multiple options depending on the type of additional license or upgrade needed.
Option 1: Purchase Additional Subscription Licenses
Go to: TOOLS → Your Licenses → Purchase License
This allows you to purchase additional recurring monthly or yearly licenses that can be used across any event.
⚠️ Additional subscription licenses renew automatically. If you no longer need them, be sure to cancel before the next renewal date.
Option 2: Event-Based Additional Licenses
If you only need additional licenses for a specific event or a few events, and do not want to add another recurring monthly or yearly license, please contact support via chat.
Temporary event-based licenses are available for an additional fee based on your current subscription plan:

Upgrading an Event on a Standard Subscription
If you are currently on a Standard subscription but need Pro features for a specific event, you can upgrade that individual event during event creation.
When creating your event, simply select Upgraded Event
This gives that event access to higher-tier features without changing your main subscription plan.
💡 This option is commonly used to run or test AI-FX events while on a Standard subscription.
