How to Apply a Promo Code

Learn how to apply a promo or trial code to your Curator Live subscription during checkout.

What Are Promo Codes?

Promo codes are special discounts or trial offers provided by the Curator Live team. These may include:

  • 30-day free trials

  • discounted subscriptions

  • promotional offers for eligible subscription plans

Promo codes are typically provided during promotions, onboarding calls, partner offers, or special events.


Applying a Promo Code

Step 1: Go to Subscription

From the Curator Live dashboard, go to:

TOOLSSubscriptionSubscribe


Step 2: Choose the Correct Plan

Select the subscription plan that matches the promo code you were given.

Examples may include Standard, Event Pro, and Agency Pro plans, each available as monthly or yearly subscriptions.

⚠️ Promo codes are usually tied to a specific plan and may not work if the wrong subscription type is selected.

ℹ️ The screenshots in this article use the Event Pro Monthly plan as an example. The same process applies to all eligible subscription plans and promo codes.


Step 3: Apply the Promo Code

Before completing your purchase:

  • Locate the Add promotion code option under the Subtotal section

  • Enter or paste your promo code, then click Apply

  • Confirm the discount has been applied and the total price updates correctly


Step 4: Enter Your Payment Details and Complete Checkout

Once the promo code has been successfully applied and the pricing looks correct, enter your billing and payment information and complete your subscription checkout.


Important Notes

  • Promo codes must be applied before completing checkout

  • Promo codes may only work with specific subscription plans

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

⚠️ If you do not want your subscription to renew after a trial or promotion ends, be sure to cancel before the renewal date.
