How to Start and Download Your Event After Purchase
After purchasing an event in Single Event Purchase Mode or any subscription, you must re-download the event to your device to fully activate it.
Steps to Activate:
Open the Curator Live app.
Tap the Cloud Icon to re-download your event.
Once downloaded, press Play to start the event.
Watermark Information
If you do not re-download your event after you activate it online, all images will remain marked with a "DEMO" watermark and the DEMO watermark cannot be removed.
Once you re-download the event:
You will see a "Demo Activated" watermark on photos taken before the event's start date.
When the event start date arrives, the watermark will automatically be removed from any new photos taken.
This ensures your event is fully ready and watermark-free at the right time.
