How to Start and Download Your Event After Purchase
After purchasing an event in Single Event Purchase Mode or any subscription, you must re-download the event to your device to fully activate it.
Steps to Activate:
Open the Curator Live app.
Tap the Cloud Icon to re-download your event.
Once downloaded, press Play to start the event.
Watermark Information and Troubleshooting
If you do not re-download your event after you activate it online, all images will remain marked with a "DEMO" watermark and the DEMO watermark cannot be removed. If watermarks persist despite re-downloading, they may be caused by other factors such as outdated app versions or incorrectly configured event settings. If this the case stop immediately and contact support.
Once you re-download the event:
You will see a "Demo Activated" watermark on photos taken before the event's start date.
When the event start date arrives, the watermark will automatically be removed from any new photos taken.- An incorrect event start date can result in demo watermarks persisting until corrected. Adjust the start date in the app settings and re-download the event to eliminate the watermark.
This ensures your event is fully ready and watermark-free at the right time.Common issues like outdated app versions can also lead to persistent watermarks. Always ensure the app is updated to the latest version for optimal functionality.If these steps do not resolve watermark problems, consider reaching out to Curator Live support for further assistance.Note that correcting watermark issues will not retroactively remove watermarks from photos taken prior to resolving these issues. Future photos will be displayed without watermarks once all settings are verified.
