How Event dates and times work.

When do events start and end dates mean and can you change them?

Event Dates and Times

When creating an event, you'll set a Start Date and an End Date:

  • Start Date: Determines when your event officially begins.

  • End Date: Determines when your event officially ends.

Photos and videos captured before your Start Date or after your End Date will automatically have a demo watermark applied. Only photos and videos taken within the event period—between the Start and End Dates—will be delivered without watermarks.

Example:

  • Event Start: April 1, 2025

  • Event End: April 3, 2025

  • Photos taken before April 1 or after April 3 will include demo watermarks.

Important Notes:

  • Once an event is paid for, the event start and end date cannot be edited. Please double-check your event star and end date before completing your purchase.

  • If your event has expired, you can extend it by selecting the Extend button from your dashboard.

  • If a mistake was made during setup, please reach out to our Support Chat via our website. We're here to help!
