What Are Additional Licenses?
Additional licenses allow you to run multiple capture devices, booths, or events simultaneously under the same account.
All plans and subscriptions include 1 capture device license.
Additional licenses are required if you are:
Running multiple booths at one event
Using multiple iPads or capture devices simultaneously
Running multiple events at the same time
Adding more devices to your subscription
ℹ️ Standard plans also require an additional license when using a separate Sharing Station device.
Single Event Purchases
If you are purchasing single-event activations, additional licenses must be added during checkout before completing your purchase.

Subscription Plans (Monthly or Yearly)
Subscription users have multiple options depending on the type of additional license or upgrade needed.
Option 1: Purchase Additional Subscription Licenses
Go to: TOOLS → Your Licenses → Purchase License
This allows you to purchase additional recurring monthly or yearly licenses that can be used across any event.
⚠️ Additional subscription licenses renew automatically. If you no longer need an additional license, be sure to cancel it before the renewal date.
Option 2: Additional Licenses for a Specific Event
If you need to add additional licenses to a specific event while on a subscription plan, please contact support through live chat for assistance.
Upgrading an Event on a Standard Subscription
If you are currently on a Standard subscription but need Pro features for a specific event, you can upgrade that individual event during the event creation process.
When creating your event, simply select: Upgraded Event
This allows you to access higher-tier features for that event without changing your overall subscription plan.
💡 This option is commonly used to run or test AI-FX events while on a Standard subscription.
Important Notes
Additional single-event licenses must be added before checkout.
Additional subscription licenses purchased from the TOOLS page can be reused across multiple events.
Additional event-specific licenses for subscription users currently require contacting support.
Individual events can be upgraded without changing your main subscription plan.
