How to Manage and Delete Assets

Learn how to manage your Curator assets, including overlays, backgrounds, props, buttons, attract screens, and more.

ℹ️ Assets are stored at the account level and can be reused across multiple events. You can edit, duplicate, or delete assets at any time.

1. Access the Assets Page

Click Assets from the top navigation menu.

2. Select an Asset Category

Use the dropdown menu to select the type of asset you want to manage.

3. Manage an Asset

Click the Delete, Duplicate, or Edit icons beneath an asset to manage it.

Delete

Permanently removes the asset from your account.

⚠️ Deleting an asset will remove it from your account and any events that use it. Deleted assets cannot be recovered.

Duplicate

Creates a copy of the asset that you can customize and save as a new asset.

💡 Duplicate an asset when you want to make changes without modifying the original.

Edit

Opens the asset for editing.

⚠️ Saving changes will overwrite the existing asset. Any events using that asset will reflect the updated version.
